Gathering Place, in partnership with Magic City Books and the Tulsa Club Hotel are pleased to present an exciting and special event at Gathering Place on Monday, December 9. Author Andrew Nelson, who recently released his book Here Not There: 100 Unexpected Travel Destinations with National Geographic, will be returning to Tulsa on Monday to share more about why Tulsa was chosen as a top travel destination and why Tulsa is having its moment right now.
Many local organizations were featured in the book as a must-visit destination for visitors in Tulsa!
This free event will take place in Williams Lodge at Gathering Place on Monday, December 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tulsa creative and advocate Karl Jones will lead the conversation with Andrew. Copies of the book will be available to purchase at the event from Magic City Books. This event is supported by our friends at Tulsa Club Hotel.
A social hour with light snacks and refreshments will be available at 5:30 p.m. The conversation with Andrew Nelson will begin at 6 p.m.
