Cormac McCarthy Midnight Release Party

Magic City Books has partnered with Heirloom Rustic Ales, and Circle Cinema for a special evening celebrating Cormac McCarthy.

It’s been 16 years since the last Cormac McCarthy novel (The Road). We thought that was it. But no. Join us to celebrate the release of The Passenger.

Start with a screening of the modern Coen Brothers classic, “No Country for Old Men.” Heirloom Rustic Ales will be releasing their special Cormac McCarthy-inspired beer – “Blood Orange Meridian,” during the reception and film. After the screening, pick up your book, head home, and start reading!

Tickets are $40 and include a copy of the new book, The Passenger and admission to the reception and film. Pre-film reception 7:30 pm, “No Country for Old Men” screening at 9:00 pm followed by midnight book release. Get yours at circlecinema.org.
